Leadership

A highly regarded political strategist in Washington, D.C., Glenn LeMunyon backs his clients with more than thirty years of government and lobbying, experience, creativity, and innovation.  He serves as the President of the LeMunyon Group, L.L.C. – a full service government relations practice. 

Politically minded with deep roots on Capitol Hill, Glenn makes critical connections between the goals and objectives of the client and matches them with the best legislative resources available on Capitol Hill. 

Since 2000, he has played a significant role guiding efforts in the areas of defense, transportation and infrastructure, telecommunications, and energy policy matters.  He maintains extremely close Member and staff level contacts amongst the House and Senate Appropriations Committees, House Armed Services Committee, the Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure, and House and Senate Leadership teams.  He serves as a respected confidant for senior staff and continues to grow and expand his legislative base of contacts on Capitol Hill, including both sides of the political aisle respectively. 

An experienced hand in Congress, LeMunyon served as a policy / floor specialist to the House Majority Whip.  His portfolio demanded managing many different issue areas including agriculture, transportation, energy, and State Department affairs for the Conference.  He played a key staff role in securing votes.  In addition, he frequently participated in top-level meetings with Leadership and executive branch personnel. 

Mr. LeMunyon served on Capitol Hill for a total of 13 years.  During this time and subsequently, he has held numerous roles in past presidential, federal, state, and local elections and political conventions. 

Mr. LeMunyon holds a B.A in Economics from Valparaiso University, in Valparaiso, Indiana; and received an M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, in Washington, D.C.
